Model

The model depicted below is a close representation of design 3 alternative solution. The model is exactly half size of the actual solution and is constructed of PVC half inch diameter PVC piping. Rather than using pool noodles for a source of positive buoyancy, closed system PVC piping filled with air was used to provide buoyancy. Lego pieces represent locations for vertical and horizontal propulsion.
